Technical knowledge creates a strong foundation, and further education can open up new possibilities. Solamalai College of Engineering, Madurai, welcomes eligible diploma holders to pursue lateral entry admission and continue their studies towards a B.E./B.Tech degree through direct entry into the second year of an eligible programme.
With engineering disciplines spanning Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, VLSI Design, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Computer Science and Business Systems, the college offers a range of academic pathways to match different areas of technical interest.
Further your subject knowledge, expand your academic qualifications, and prepare for the professional challenges ahead. Lateral entry provides an opportunity to build upon previous studies instead of starting the degree programme from the first year.
